This in-vitro diagnostic product is designed to detect influenza A (H1N1) pdm genes in a nasal cavity swab sample. This product uses the SmartAmp® and Eprobe®/Eprimer™ fluorescent detection methods. The product includes both an amplification reagent set and pre-processing set, so no other reagents are required during the entire process from nasal cavity swab sample collection to actual detection.
