Eprobe®/Eprimer™ is a fluorescence labeled oligonucleotide that provides target-specific signals with significant signal-to-noise ratio. At the single-strand state, the two fluorescence dyes attached to Eprobe®/Eprimer™ are quenched by interaction of each other. Upon hybridation to a target template, the dyes are separated and emits a strong fluorescence signal.
