□Payment

We have two choices of payment: credit card or bank transfer.

If you wish to pay by credit card, an invoice email will be sent to you by PayPal.

For bank transfers, additional 4,000 yen will be required as a bank charge.



　　　　

□Terms and Conditions

DNAFORM makes best efforts to provide our customers with high quality services. However, all clone resources are experimental in nature, and therefore we cannot exclude certain errors in the clone collections and the related information in the public domain. We strongly recommend customers to confirm the sequence before using the clones. DNAFORM does not take any responsibility for any damage caused by using incorrect clones.

　　　　　　　　　　　　

□DNAFORM Clone Replacement Policy

　　　　　　　　　　　
  • If the clones are lost during shipment, DNAFORM will replace all clones free of charge.

  • With the sequence confirmation option, if the clone is found wrong, we will report the error and suggest an alternative clone. And it can also be refunded if you have already paid for the clones.
    *We confirm that the target gene is in comprised by one-pass sequencing that reads only single end of the insert.
  • For clones provided to customers without any sequence verified by DNAFORM, we will provide a replacement clone cultured from the original stocks and deliver it to the customer free of charge.
    Note, in case the original stock does not contain the correct clone neither, DNAFORM has no further possibilities to retrieve the correct clone. Therefore, our replacement guarantee is restricted to a one-time free of charge replacement of the clone. DNAFORM does not refund any service fees to customers, even if the replacement clone had an error. All clones are provided "as is", and DNAFORM cannot guaranty for any of the clone related information as provided by the original institutes. Clones are experimental in nature, and as such the original institutes cannot exclude mistakes in the sequences or annotations of the clones. Therefore, DNAFORM will not replace or refund clones for which the customer has found mistakes in the clone and/or related information.

　　　 　　　　　　　　　　　　

□Shipping & Packing Charge

For domestic shipments, there is no shipping charge. (Except for the shipments as a plate set.
When sending products to overseas, shipping, packaging, and handling fees will be charged according to the destination and product type.

In addition, depending on the destination country or region, import duties, taxes, and handling charges may apply. These charges are also the customer's responsibility.

All transactions will be conducted in JPY.
