Aac DNA Polymerase in particular suitabl isothermal amplification having a strand displacement activity that disoluves double-stranded DNA to synthesis new strand in an isothermal condition.
Reaction buffer is optional. 2x Reaction Buffer is available.

□Reverse transcriptase / AMV Reverse Transcriptase
AMV Reverse Transcriptase catalyzes the polymerization of DNA using template DNA, RNA or RNA:DNA hybrids. It requires a primer as well as Mg2+ or Mn2+. The enzyme possesses an intrinsic RNase H activity. Both nonionic detergents and sulfhydryl compounds stabilize the enzyme activity in vitro. Suitable for RT-PC and SmartAmp®.
